The Kiwanis Club of Tuscola was chartered in March 1986 and is a part of District 27 of the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District.  Our members are primarily from Tuscola and the surrounding communities of Douglas County, Illinois.

We are an active club supporting and serving many programs and projects in our community.  Our primary emphasis is children through various programs and projects.  We serve and/or financially help support many local programs such as BETHS Place, East Prairie School Bring Up Grades, Junior Football League, Nunn Scout Building, North Ward Breakfast Program, North Ward K-Kids, North Ward Reading Assist, TCHS Key Club, TCHS Scholarships for Seniors, Torpedo Swim Team, Tuscola Soccer League and many Tuscola Chamber of Commerce projects.  We also support several other local programs such as Christmas Bureau, Peace Meals, Salvation Army and S.A.M. Food Pantry as well as various Kiwanis International and District programs.
