Dave and Janet Butler, on behalf of the Tuscola Kiwanis Club, presented the ice cream sandwiches to the East Prairie sixth grade class.
As a reward for winning the "Coin Wars", which raised money for care packages for five military members, the Tuscola Kiwanis Club treated the East Prairie sixth grade class to ice cream sandwiches.
