1. Join Us
Come and see what we're about. We meet each Wednesday at noon, except for major holidays (see Calendar), at Flesor's Candy Kitchen in Tuscola. See the map . A buffet style lunch is provided starting at 11:15am. The cost is $17 for the full meal, $4 for drinks only or $1.00 just to attend. Fifty cents of each meal benefits the Kiwanis Neuroscience Research Foundation and fifty cents is used to fund the club's administrative costs.
2. Help Fund Our Service
The Tuscola Kiwanis Club supports many activities in the community. We provide scholarships for our high school students, school supplies for our elementary and middle school school students, monetary grants for our teachers and support for the Tuscola Help-A-Child program. We also financially support the Kiwanis Neuroscience Research Foundation, the One-Stop Community Christmas program and other worthwhile programs and projects.
Much of our funding come from our fundraising projects such as our annual fish fry and pancake breakfast. The remainder comes from our members and from supporters like you. No money raised from the public is used for club administration, it all goes to service.
If you would like to help, please click on the PayPal button below. You do not need a PayPal accout to donate, all major credit cards are accepted. (The Kiwanis Club of Tuscola Illinois Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Public Charity under IRS rules and donations may be deductible for income tax purposes.)
If you would like your donation to go to a specifc project not listed on the PayPal drop-down menu, just select "Other" from the PayPal drop-down menu. Once you have completed your donation, you will be returned to our website by PayPal. You can then click on the link to send your designation to our treasurer.
